Morgan Chiate joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. She focuses primarily on industrial leasing, representing institutional landlords throughout Orange County.
Through her hard work and determination she experienced an extraordinary amount of success in her first year as a brokerage professional. Over the course of the year, she and her partner Kyle McGillen closed over $5.5 million in lease transactions of multi-tenant industrial parks with nearly 900,000 square feet of multi-tenant listings in the Greater Airport Area and South County. Her outstanding achievements have already positioned her as an emerging talent within the firm, with a level of energy and passion that suggests even greater accomplishments in the future.
In addition to her transactional accomplishments, Morgan has quickly become a pivotal member of the Cushman & Wakefield community, with a strong commitment for supporting the firm’s internal culture. Despite joining the firm less than a year ago, Morgan is an active member of several internal organizations, including Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL), a group within the firm that helps accelerate the advancement of rising professionals, developing a network of people who will grow individually and collectively through continuing education, collaboration, communication, and community service, as well as Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN), which furthers the professional development and expertise of members through educational opportunities and acknowledges and celebrates the accomplishments of women at the firm.
